Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers
Drive the development and maintenance of a robust data dashboard platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and UX
Ensure best practices in engineering, code quality, and system design
Provide technical direction and architectural guidance
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability
Manage project timelines, team capacity, and resource planning

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong technical background in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc.)
Experience with data visualization tools or dashboard frameworks (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or custom solutions)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proven ability to manage engineering roadmaps and deliver on complex projects
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to organize and simplify technical information and handle multiple projects
Must be able to prioritize, manage and complete high volume of tasks, while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments on short notice
Detail oriented
Ability to interact with staff at all levels
Demonstrate commitment to communication and team building
