Patricio Enterprises, Inc. is recruiting to fill a Systems Engineer, Executive position in support of Project Manager Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT). This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating program-level risks, driving innovation in PNT technologies, and ensuring alignment with Army modernization priorities.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for PM PNT products

Supports all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond, adhering to DoD guidance, IEEE 1220 standards, and PM PNT established processes

Leads complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities

Represents PM PNT at key technical forums and be responsible for mentoring and developing the technical expertise of the systems engineering team

Bachelors Degree

Fifteen (15) years related experience

Deep understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation

Thorough knowledge of the Systems Engineering Management Process and Implementation, as applied to the Department of Army/DOD Acquisition process throughout all life cycle phases

Knowledge of DOD policies on Systems Engineering, Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) and IPT Management

Ability to coordinate and negotiate design and engineering activities with other related programs and organizations

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
