Underwrite and analyze borrower credit profiles
Prepare credit memos, financial spreads, and committee materials
Monitor portfolio performance and highlight early risk signals
Build portfolio reports, dashboards, and KPI presentations
Collaborate across teams to improve credit processes
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience in credit risk, underwriting, or portfolio monitoring (bank, credit fund, or startup experience preferred)
Excel expert with strong financial modeling and data skills
Moderate SQL skills (i.e., strong comfort with read & writing code)
Beginner Python is a plus
Familiarity with Google Workspace + Microsoft Office
Experience preparing memos, spreading financials, and monitoring credit portfolios
Independent, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth, dynamic environment
