Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10–12 years of direct FP&A experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CFA preferred
Background in finance, accounting, analytics, capital markets, or investment banking
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Ability to understand complex financing and credit agreements and experience working with lenders
Preferred
An agile learner with a highly analytical mindset, strong technical finance skills, and solid business acumen
A logical problem solver with a curious attitude who can successfully navigate ambiguity to develop answers and insights
Strong orientation towards results and a resilient work ethic with the emotional intelligence to know when to push harder and when to look for alternative approaches
Demonstrated leadership experience managing a high-performing team to successful outcomes
Ability to navigate a matrixed, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Exceptional standards and professionalism with high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills – in addition to competencies around editing and writing - materials produced will be routinely distributed and presented to executive management, board members, investors and other stakeholders
Project management skills - proven ability to oversee a project with the objective of prioritizing and investing time appropriately
