They are seeking a Principal Radar Modeling Engineer who will be responsible for developing and executing radar simulations, understanding customer requirements, and leading a team to deliver simulation solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of radar and/or RF seeker simulations, add new capabilities to existing simulations, and deliver the simulations to both support internal analysis and as inclusion in deliverable simulations to our government customers and end-users

Understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the capability to customers and stakeholders, and potentially leading a team of engineers and software developers to design and develop these simulation solutions

Prioritize new simulation tool capabilities while maintaining existing ones

Required

The candidate must be a US citizen and have a background that would permit the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

Candidates must have at least 20 years of experience in the design of, or analysis of sensor systems, seekers, electronic warfare systems, or weapon systems

Strong people skills and technical leadership experience are a must

MATLAB and/or Python proficiency
