Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. The Lead SME / Senior Analyst will serve as the functional expert across VMS & WFM and integrations with LMS, translating business needs into system capabilities and ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

Define business processes, functional requirements, and target-state capabilities across workforce platforms
Partner with Ops, HRIS, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption
Conduct capability mapping and gap analysis
Support tool configuration decisions and functional design validation
Define test scenarios, participate in UAT, and validate end-to-end solutions
Provide recommendations for process improvements and scalability

Qualification

Kronos / UKG implementationWorkforce management experienceLearning management systemsWorkforce schedulingAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

7+ years of experience in workforce management, learning management, or vendor management systems
Direct experience implementing Kronos / UKG
Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor rules, and compliance
Experience in greenfield or large-scale transformation initiatives
Excellent analytical and communication skills
