Responsibilities
Serve as the technical lead and administrator for NetSuite, overseeing configurations, customizations, dashboards, permissions, and sandbox management
Lead systems governance by developing scalable frameworks, automations, and best practices that support financial compliance and reporting accuracy
Manage full lifecycle of integrations with third-party tools including planning and budgeting, tax, treasury, and reconciliation platforms
Drive automation and digital transformation efforts aimed at consolidating and optimizing financial workflows across departments
Provide day-to-day support for system users, resolve tickets, coordinate with vendors, and develop internal documentation and training resources
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure systems meet evolving operational and strategic needs; proactively identify areas for improvement or risk
Monitor system health and performance; manage patching, upgrades, and release testing to maintain uptime and efficiency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a multi-entity or global setting
Deep understanding of NetSuite modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Projects
Proven track record managing integrations, automation, and reporting across enterprise systems
Strong understanding of system governance, data integrity, and user security
Effective communicator with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Avalara, FloQast, Workiva, or Treasury Management Systems is a plus
Knowledge of SuiteScript, SQL, or NetSuite Analytics is a plus
Industry experience in capital-intensive environments (e.g., energy, infrastructure) is a plus
