Responsibilities
Helping design and deliver employee engagement programs and initiatives that strengthen DESRI’s inclusive culture
Contributing to learning & development efforts by supporting training programs, intern events, and professional development workshops
Assisting with data and analytics projects that help evaluate workforce trends and inform decision-making
Partnering with the team on HR operations, including onboarding, policy review, and documentation
Participating in cross-functional initiatives to see how Human Capital integrates with DESRI’s mission to expand renewable energy solutions
Qualification
Required
Highly analytical, accomplished students
Intellectually curious individuals with well-developed written and verbal communication abilities
Analytical acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
A proven record of academic and/or professional achievement
The ability to collaborate well with a small team
Keen organizational skills when working on multiple projects
A high level of motivation
Demonstrated interest in and experience with the renewable energy sector
Preferred
Undergraduate or graduate students who are in their final year of full-time study
