Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across IT categories (hardware, software, SaaS, telecom, cybersecurity, managed services)
Manage RFPs/RFIs, supplier evaluations, and high-value contract negotiations
Draft and negotiate IT contracts (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments) with limited legal support
Provide strategic sourcing advice to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
Analyze cost models, develop negotiation strategies, and deliver cost savings while ensuring scalability and service quality
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance and performance accountability
Stay current on technology market trends, regulatory shifts, and innovations to inform sourcing strategies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT sourcing experience
Proven success leading multi-million-dollar sourcing projects with global vendors
Strong knowledge of technology supplier markets and trends
Expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Proficiency with sourcing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Jaggaer), Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
Based in the NYC Metro Area, with the ability to work onsite in Jersey City several days per week
