Responsibilities
Update and maintain SOPs for a defense manufacturing line
Disposition work orders/routers using an electronic MES
Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for optimization
Support continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and quality control
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Electronic manufacturing software experience such as Paperless MES/QMS, Oracle, or TipQA
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)
Root cause and corrective action methodology knowledge and experience
