Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on code Agent Platform primitives such as Long Term Memory management, planning and reasoning and self-evolving approaches

Build and mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers

Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate code generation capabilities into various applications and products

Identify new opportunities for Agentic AI emerging technologies

Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in Agentic AI

Required

Masters or Bachelor's in related field with 8+ years relevant experience

Proven track record of leading research and development projects

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Preferred

PhD Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics or a related field with a dissertation, thesis or final project centered in Machine Learning and Deep Learning) with 5+ years relevant experience is preferred but not a must

Strong publication record, including as a lead author or reviewer, in top-tier journals or conferences

Extensive experience in image generation, computer vision, and deep learning

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
