$20/hr - $20/hrNEOGOV is offering a 12-week LVN Internship at Post Acute Medical at Victoria, LLC, in partnership with Workforce Solutions Golden Crescent and Victoria College. This internship is designed for students in their final semester of the Licensed Vocational Nursing Program, providing hands-on clinical experience to support the development of practical nursing skills under professional supervision.

Responsibilities
Assist with basic patient care, including taking vital signs, documenting intake/output, and monitoring patient status
Support medication administration under supervision, in accordance with LVN scope of practice
Observe and assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine clinical procedures
Practice infection control and patient safety protocols in accordance with hospital standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
Assist in maintaining patient records and electronic documentation
Participate in team huddles, rounds, and nursing staff meetings as applicable
Other duties as assigned by the clinical supervisor
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in the final semester of the Vocational Nursing Program at Victoria College
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and patient-centered care
Familiarity with standard nursing procedures and terminology
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Selected interns are required to obtain liability insurance prior to their start date
