Responsibilities
Help develop materials and deliver courses to teach engineers at Jane Street how to use OxCaml effectively
Work broadly across internal educational programs, from expanding the OCaml Bootcamp for new hires to developing specific tutorials for experienced developers
Directly teach and develop curricula
Help other people involved in teaching grow their skills through mentoring
Qualification
Required
Skilled, effective, and experienced teacher
Effective writer and presenter
Understanding of the technology stack
Good at writing code
Excited to spend a significant fraction of time writing code
Experience in directly teaching and developing curricula
Good at mentoring other budding teachers
Preferred
Experience teaching CS topics in a university setting
Experience teaching technical topics in industrial settings
