Responsibilities
Build and own backend and full-stack systems that power partner integrations and patient access
Architect features that enable multi-state rollouts, new clinical programs, and scalable delivery models
Turn bespoke partner requests into reusable platform capabilities
Collaborate with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to launch high-impact solutions
Lead projects end to end — from scoping and design through implementation and rollout
Shape the technical direction of Partner Engineering as we scale nationally
Qualification
Required
Spent 5+ years building backend or full-stack systems in production
Led projects or small pods from architecture through delivery
Worked with external partners, APIs, or integrations to ship real features
Built in fast-growing or startup environments where ambiguity and speed are normal
Collaborated closely with product, ops, or data teams to solve real-world problems
Mentored other engineers through code reviews, guidance, or technical leadership
Preferred
You've worked in health tech, logistics, or other integration-heavy environments
You've scaled backend systems to support rapid growth and operational complexity
You've built or owned partner-facing APIs, data flows, or onboarding integrations
You're comfortable designing for privacy, compliance, or regulated industries
You've operated in Series A–C startups where scope, speed, and ownership were high
