Responsibilities

Support the administration of employee benefit plans, retirement programs, voluntary elections, and compensation packages

Conduct analysis of benefits and compensation programs; assist in program design and strategy

Act as a first-line resource for employees on HR-related questions, escalating when appropriate, and provide guidance and ensure compliance with California employment law and federal regulations

Assist with leave of absence administration, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR-related audits

Partner with the team to manage and optimize HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus) to ensure data accuracy
