School Membership Specialist
IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company, seeking a School Membership Specialist to support schools and educators. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, generate quotes, and ensure an exceptional experience for users of IXL and Education.com products.

Responsibilities
Clearly explain key product (IXL and Education.com) features and benefits to customers through email and phone queues
Generate quotes for new customers as well as renewal and upgrade quotes for existing customers
Keep detailed records of new business and renewal activities, as well as customer communications in Salesforce
Develop a deep understanding of IXL’s products (IXL and Education.com) and what sets us apart from competing programs
Partner with internal teams to drive new business sales, high renewal rates, and ensure a smooth customer experience
Share ideas and feedback to help streamline and improve workflows
Submit purchase orders and assist with credit card and check payments
Deliver outstanding customer service and support to our new and current customers
Additional projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
BA/BS Degree
3+ years of customer service experience
Exceptional phone skills
Comfortable with technology and passionate about bringing technology into the classroom
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Experienced with G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce
Preferred
Experience in K-12 education is a plus
