The Marketing/Proposal Manager will work closely with the Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator, senior staff, and Partners to support marketing, communications, and business development efforts.

Responsibilities

Coordinating with Partners and Project Managers on proposals and marketing initiatives including client research and lead finding

Leading the coordination and production of proposals

Developing and producing time-sensitive submissions (text & graphics) and marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, awards, and qualification packages

Maintaining project information database, project sheets, resumes, and brochure pages

Facilitating internal and external communications in coordination with the Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator, including email blasts, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and updates to the firm website
