This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities and providing companionship, while also maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals
Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
Offer reminders for medications and help with light daily routines
Encourage and support resident participation in activities and social programs
Maintain a safe, clean, and home-like environment
Work alongside nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
Qualification
Required
No license required—training provided
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
A heart for seniors and a desire to make each day count
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior caregiving or customer service experience is a plus but not required
