Responsibilities
Lead sourcing projects across Professional Services categories, with a strong focus on consulting and project-based services
Manage competitive RFx processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
Draft and negotiate contracts (SOWs, MSAs, amendments) with limited legal support
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted sourcing advisor
Drive measurable results through financial analysis, cost optimization, and supplier performance management
Monitor market trends (e.g., digital transformation, nearshoring, fintech partnerships) and integrate insights into sourcing strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Professional Services sourcing experience, ideally with exposure to Big 4 or other global consulting firms
Proven success managing multi-million-dollar sourcing projects
Strong contracting and commercial negotiation skills
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sourcing tools (e.g., Ariba, RFx platforms)
Bachelor's degree required
Based in the NYC Metro Area, with flexibility to work 4 days per week onsite (Midtown Manhattan & Jersey City)
Preferred
MBA or Supply Chain concentration preferred
