Qualification
Required
Strong public speaking skills
Quick, thoughtful thinking
Ability to deliver established curriculum to middle and high school students
Experience presenting to youth audiences
Ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
Respect for all cultural, religious, and social backgrounds
Commitment to providing unbiased, informative presentations
Capability of handling challenging situations in the classroom
Excellent communication skills within a team
Reliability and open availability Monday-Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm for presentations
Ability to navigate various school settings with confidence and sensitivity
Ability to maintain clear and effective communication within the team
Ability to handle challenging classroom situations with poise
Ability to employ creative strategies to engage students with behavioral challenges
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience as a youth pastor, educator, or similar role involving engaging with youth
Familiarity with techniques for managing diverse and sometimes challenging student behaviors
Willingness to work with students of all age groups and travel to different school locations as required
