Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a global change management process that aligns with Walmart's business objectives and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and HR, to identify and prioritize changes that require management
Design and implement change management strategies, plans, and tools to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives, projects, and technologies
Develop and maintain a change management framework that includes processes, procedures, and metrics to measure effectiveness
Provide training and coaching to employees on change management best practices and tools
Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes, and develop contingency plans as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and HR partners
Analyze and report on change management metrics, including adoption rates, employee engagement, and business impact
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve Walmart's change management process
Audit and SOX Compliance
End-to-End Process Oversight: Accountable for the entire Change Management lifecycle, from initiation through execution to monitoring and improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitating collaboration among different departments and regions to ensure seamless and efficient Change Management process execution
Performance Monitoring: Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the assigned processes
Strategic Alignment: Aligning process objectives with overall business strategy to ensure that processes contribute directly to GT organizational goals
Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to enhance processes continually, leveraging best practices, emerging technologies, and industry benchmarks including automation, artificial intelligence, machine learning and Agentic AI

Qualification

Required

Master's degree in Operations, Business Administration with emphasis in Operations, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in SDLC Change Management, Operations, or a related field
Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives in a large, complex organization
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with change management tools and software, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Option 2: 8 years' experience in software engineering or related area

Preferred

Doctorate or Master's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration with emphasis in Operations, or a related field
Certification in change management (ITIL, ITSM, etc.)
Experience in a retail or consumer goods industry
Knowledge of Walmart's business operations and processes
Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
