Responsibilities
OTM implementations and upgrades (Cloud or On-Prem)
Configure and optimize modules like Order Management, Shipment Management, and Carrier Management
Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.)
Customize workflows using Automation Agents and SQL/PLSQL
Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline transportation processes
Implement and support Oracle WMS Cloud or EBS WMS modules
Conduct fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation
Configure inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless WMS integration with other systems
Develop and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400
Support legacy systems and modernize batch applications
Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience across OTM, WMS, and AS/400 platforms
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, OTM Cloud, and WMS Cloud
Proficiency in RPG programming and IBM iSeries system architecture
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and integration tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants
