Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle for a core digital health program (e.g., behavioral content or GLP-1 obesity management)
Collaborate with engineering teams (front-end, back-end, QA) to deliver high-quality web and mobile experiences
Lead agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
Partner with UX, content, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of behavioral, clinical, and creative elements into the digital experience
Define and track KPIs, ensuring product performance meets business and clinical goals
Present product updates and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, with support from senior product leaders
Support integration of prescribing workflows, self-pay capabilities, and employer-sponsored models into the platform
Stay current on competitor offerings (e.g., Noom, Found, Ro, Hims & Hers, Omada) and evolving digital health market trends
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering digital products
Proven ability to work with software engineers in agile environments
Strong execution skills—able to quickly understand business needs, translate them into requirements, and drive delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field
Preferred
Experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or consumer digital platforms strongly preferred
Advanced degree a plus
