Manage inbound business referrals efficiently

Input sales orders accurately

Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is required
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Excellent written communication skills
Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Enjoyment of a fast-paced work environment
Preferred
Associate degree or some college coursework preferred
Experience with smartphone-based applications
