StandardAero is seeking a motivated Safety Intern for the 2025-2026 term to join their Environmental Health & Safety Team. The intern will gain hands-on experience by working with EHS professionals, conducting safety inspections, and supporting incident investigations while enhancing their career insights in safety management.

Responsibilities

Assist EHS staff in conducting safety inspections and job hazard analyses at active electrical construction sites

Help ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, and company safety policies

Collect, track, and analyze safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Support incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning

Participate in the review and preparation of Job Safety Plans, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and Safety Inspection Reports

Assist in the development and delivery of employee safety training and toolbox talks

Review and maintain environmental compliance records, such as hazardous material handling and waste disposal documentation

Contribute to a Continued Improvement project aimed at improving safety or environmental processes, culminating in a presentation to company leaders

Updating records in the Environmental Health & Safety database
