They are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled X-Ray Technologist with Cath Lab experience to support physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures

Prepare procedure room and equipment, instruct patients, and monitor condition throughout procedures

Perform and assist with imaging and scrub duties for cardiovascular procedures

Deliver both routine and emergency care during procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort

Participate in orientation and training of new personnel

Contribute to ongoing quality improvement through audits, reporting, and adherence to protocols

Required

Proficient in cardiovascular imaging and interventional radiology techniques

Strong knowledge of Cath Lab workflows, equipment, and sterile technique

Familiarity with cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and procedural protocols

Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-based environment

Excellent patient communication and comfort management skills

Competency in scrubbing and assisting on all Cath Lab procedures

2+ years of recent Cath Lab or interventional cardiovascular experience strongly preferred

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

ARRT (R) and Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license required

Preferred

Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred
