Lead development of systems that detect and report faults on the power grid
Integrate the capabilities of machine learning systems and human analysts to catch faults in real-time
Make decisions that directly impact the reliability and effectiveness of fault detection systems at scale
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-driven companies
Ability to thrive in a low structure, high-autonomy environment with competing priorities
You've built something from the ground up with broad ownership
Experience with Python, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL
Preferred
Experience developing real-time, event-driven systems or human-in-the-loop platforms
Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry, Grafana, and Mimir
Experience working in hardware/software contexts
