4+ years expYorktown Systems Group is seeking a highly qualified SBCT Force Design Update/OOC/FCW/SBCT Doctrine Analyst to provide professional services to execute, operate and maintain, and assist in the integration of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel and Facilities (DOTMLPF) improvements into SBCT formations in support of the U.S. Army TRADOC Capability Manager for Stryker Brigade Combat Team (TCM SBCT). The role involves developing and staffing related products, working closely with various organizations, and ensuring the integration of SBCT improvements.

Responsibilities
Serve as the ACM SBCT Lead for development of all Stryker related Force Design Updates, Operational and Organizational Concept(s)/Future Capability Workbook(s); Develop and Staff all related products through completion and attend all related meetings
Develop and staff all Stryker related Force Design Updates. Work closely with MCDID Concepts Development Division (CDD) in the development and staffing until completion of all Stryker related Force Design Updates
Develop and update all Stryker related Operational and Organizational Concept Documents/Future Capability Workbook. Work closely with all corresponding organizations to include MCDID CDD, AFC FCC, Combined Arms Center (CAC) and any other pertinent organization to develop and staff until completion of all Stryker related Operational and Organizational Concept and Future Capability Workbook documents
Work closely with MCoE Doctrine Writers to develop and staff all Stryker related Doctrinal documents until completion
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of experience in writing and developing FDUs, OOCs, FCWs, and SBCT doctrine
Must be able to serve as the ACM SBCT Lead for development of all Stryker-related FDUs, OOCs, and FCWs; Develop and staff all related products through completion and attend all related meetings
Must be able to obtain Capability Developer Level 1 Qualification within a year of hire
Working knowledge of the following: TRADOC Regulation 10-5, Organization and Functions
Working knowledge of the following: TRADOC Regulation 71-12, Capability Management
Working knowledge of the following: Army concepts, including TRADOC 525-3-0 Army Capstone Concept and TRADOC 525-3-1, Army Operating Concept
Working knowledge of the following: Army's doctrinal and combat development processes
Working knowledge of the following: Army acquisition and program management system
Working knowledge of the following: SBCT missions, organizations, and operations
Requires a Secret clearance
Travel is required
