They are seeking a motivated Land Development Project Engineer to work closely with Construction Project Managers on land development design, planning, and permitting for various projects.

Responsibilities
Meet with customers to review concept plans, discuss advantages to multiple approaches, and work to define direction of project with design/build contracting team
Develop and manage relationships with external surveying, due diligence and landscape architecture consultants
Perform site investigative due diligence and work with contracting team to value engineer sites
Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans to illustrate site developability based on site constraints
Perform storm water detention analysis, site utility design, and earth work analysis to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability
Act as a subject matter expert for construction project managers and junior engineering associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related degree)
4+ years of hands-on land development experience in an engineering firm
Computer skills: proficiency using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
Preferred
EIT or PE certification preferred
