Originations Analyst
RRA Capital is a unique player in the commercial real estate private equity and credit spaces, led by seasoned industry veterans. The Originations Analyst will evaluate loan submissions, collaborate with the Managing Director, and develop relationships with mortgage brokers to support the lending process.

Responsibilities
Evaluate initial loan submissions to determine whether they fit RRA lending criteria
Interface with mortgage brokers and borrowers to obtain additional due diligence items, as necessary
Submit preliminary analysis to and collaborate with Managing Director for determining whether to submit to Credit Committee
Add new mortgage brokers to the database and maintain the accuracy of the existing database through effective use of CRM software, regular monitoring of LinkedIn and press releases
Become an expert in CRM software and develop actionable dashboards for the team
Develop and execute an outreach plan for mortgage brokers to keep RRA top-of-mind
Meet with mortgage brokers to articulate RRA lending criteria
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new software
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a penchant for research
Desire to work and live in Greater Phoenix, AZ area
Preferred
Two (2) years of commercial real estate experience at a mortgage broker or lender preferred
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, ideally)
