This 8-week immersive, paid job-shadowing experience in the automotive finance industry allows participants to explore various career paths through observation, mentorship, and leadership development.

Job Shadowing: Spend time alongside professionals in departments like Finance, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Dealer Operations, and more

Leadership Development: Participate in workshops that build your confidence and leadership potential

Qualification
Required
Rising sophomores or juniors (graduating Spring 2028–Spring 2029)
Students enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university
Curious, engaged, motivated individuals who want to explore career options
Effective communication skills and ability to engage and commune with fellow cohort members
Reliable transportation required
Full participation for all 8 weeks is mandatory (May 27- July 17, 2026)
Preferred
Students enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university (HBCU or HSI preferred)
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Leadership experience is a plus—but not required!
