The Construction Internship Program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the construction industry, where interns will support operational teams on various projects and gain exposure to construction management.

Responsibilities
Assisting project managers and estimators with scheduling, budgeting, and project planning
Conducting site visits to observe field operations in asphalt, sealcoating, striping, concrete, and fencing
Learning and applying DRYCO’s industry-recognized safety practices
Collaborating with team members across departments to ensure efficient and high-quality results for clients
Qualification
Required
Open to juniors, seniors, and recent college graduates
Interest in construction, civil engineering, project management, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally entitled to work in the United States
Commitment to full program duration (30–40 hours per week)
