Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market. The Staff Software Engineer will be a technical leader in building full-stack web applications that manage and scale the fleet of autonomous robotaxis.

Qualification

JavaScript/TypeScriptFront End UI FrameworkLarge scale web applicationsWeb technologiesPythonC++3D graphicsRobotics familiarityCommunication skills

Required

Solid foundations in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
Solid understanding of web technologies
Experience with a Front End UI Framework (e.g. Vue, React, Svelte)
Ability to design and architect large scale web applications
Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate consistently
10+ YOE and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an engineering, mathematics, or related field

Preferred

Experience with Python or C++
Experience with 3D graphics, especially in a web context
Familiarity with robotics and 3D spatial reasoning
