Supporting and participating in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of pharmacy-based technology including hardware and software

Developing training programs for staff

Maintaining and monitoring controlled drug dispensing systems

Designing how information is entered into the systems and developing reports for retrieval

Assisting in the analysis of information

Interacting with customers throughout the Network including management of other departments, nursing and medical staff

Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repair of systems
