Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes including invoice processing, coding, and timely payments
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized AP records and assist with month-end closing activities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper approval and documentation of expenses
Assist with audit preparation and respond to AP-related inquiries
Support other general accounting functions as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional accounting experience with a strong focus on Accounts Payable
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
