Responsibilities

Perform daily field inspections of construction activities and materials
Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and client standards
Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, logs, and punch lists
Track contractor manpower, equipment, and material deliveries
Ensure compliance with sustainability and IRA-related construction mandates
Support resolution of deficiencies and coordination of corrective actions
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable

Qualification

Construction inspection experienceGSA protocolsCertifications ICCCertifications ACIExperience on large projectsHigh school diploma

Required

High school diploma required
10–15 years of construction inspection experience, preferably on federal projects
Knowledge of GSA inspection protocols and federal construction requirements

Preferred

associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications such as ICC, ACI, or equivalent strongly preferred
Experience on large projects ($100M+) highly desirable
