Responsibilities

Own and evolve the software strategy, aligning it with business goals and emerging tech
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing group of engineers
Oversee development from concept to delivery - ensuring quality, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with leadership, clients, and partners to deliver impactful software solutions

Qualification

Software team leadershipFull-stack developmentEmbedded firmware experienceUX/UI principlesJavaC/C++ReactPythonAngularTeam buildingCommunicationMentoring skills

Required

5+ years leading software teams, with hands-on full-stack and/or embedded firmware experience
Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and a passion for building intuitive interfaces
In-depth technical expertise in languages like Java, C/C++, React, Python, Angular, etc
Excellent communication and leadership skills - you know how to rally & mentor a team while speaking both tech and business
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE or related field
Experience scaling teams and implementing training/upskilling programs
