US Immigration Attorney - Manager

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day U.S. business immigration client engagements, ensuring accurate, timely, and effective service delivery
Provide strong subject matter expertise on U.S. immigration law, addressing client and internal queries with confidence and sound judgment
Translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable advice for corporate clients and foreign national employees
Analyze agency trends and client contexts to offer practical recommendations and solutions
Represent Vialto Law in client discussions, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and the firm’s commitment to quality service
Support business development activities by contributing to thought leadership, client presentations, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Coach and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, development, and engagement within a high-performing team culture
Use data and reporting to monitor case progress, inform legal strategy, and ensure compliance with firm standards
Stay current on U.S. immigration developments and proactively share insights with clients and team members
Uphold Vialto Law’s code of ethics and commitment to excellence in every engagement

Required

6+ years of U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and AOS filings
Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia
Experience managing legal teams or supervising junior attorneys/analysts in complex immigration matters
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in leveraging technology and innovation to enhance client and employee experiences
Familiarity with project management approaches and a collaborative, adaptable work style
Committed to continuous learning, with an openness to using tools such as Vialto's myMobility mobile app and staying informed through platforms like our Mobility Moments and Mobility Brand content on LinkedIn
