Responsibilities

You'll be working with hardware and software engineers to develop the latest product in the high availability encryption device market
Support the team by performing hardware ECOs, setting up lab workspaces and workstations
Support product reliability by maintaining ESD workstations
Most of your time will be spent in the labs working setting up developer or test work stations
This may involve assembly and disassembly of equipment, test equipment setup, hardware level testing, and performing and developing acceptance test criteria

Required

Experience with rework of surface mount components
Experience performing blue wire adds for engineering change orders
Knowledgeable in test equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG probes
Networking fundamentals
Junior admin level knowledge of windows and linux base operating systems
Read and understand mechanical drawings and electronic schematics
Required to be onsite at our Marlborough Office

Preferred

Familiarity with telecom protocols and standards (e.g., Ethernet, IP, MPLS, SONET/SDH)
Experience configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routers, or telecom test equipment (e.g., Spirent, IXIA, Viavi)
Understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking concepts and tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump)
