Define and own design direction and vision for key product surfaces, ensuring a cohesive and impactful user experience across touchpoints
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape and execute the product portfolio vision
Lead research initiatives and analyze data to deepen understanding of customers and end-users
Foster team growth by mentoring designers and cultivating a collaborative environment
Advocate for design at every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring user-centered thinking informs strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in UX design, with a strong track record of delivering business and user value in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in design processes, tools, and methodologies, with flexibility to adapt approaches per project needs
Experience defining metrics and leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product direction
Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to design visually engaging, user-friendly experiences
Comfort with experimentation—able to communicate and test ideas via interactive mocks or prototypes
Practical understanding of user research methodologies and ability to integrate insights into the design process
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing senior leadership with a compelling design vision
