Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of case management and litigation strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals
Appear in court regularly for hearings, trials, and conferences
Communicate proactively with clients and opposing counsel
Help maintain and elevate the firm’s high standards for professionalism and client care
Qualification
Required
6+ years of Family Law litigation experience
Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Empathetic communicator with excellent client management instincts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Filevine, and Lead Docket
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Board Certification in Marital & Family Law (preferred by not required)
