This role involves maintaining customer accounts, applying tax exemption certificates, and processing sales tax credits.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service

Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software

Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements

Calculate and process sales tax credits

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
