Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Director of Slot Operations to join their team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. The role involves managing the Slots Department, developing strategic plans to optimize performance, and supervising the Slot team to ensure engagement and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules
Develop, implement, and enforce all departmental policies and procedures
Establish the annual departmental budget and ensures adherence to the planned budget
Monitor and report on slot performance; adjust machines to maximize profitability
Evaluates new equipment for purchase; coordinates all machine repairs, moves, and installation with maintenance and the state gaming authority
Manage and direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of the team
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill
Organize and delegate assignments as assigned to the Shift Manager
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in slot operations management at a senior level
Experience with management of yearly budgets, monthly P&L's, quarterly departmental reviews for the Slot team
Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
Ability to work flexible shifts
No degree required
