The FMS Program Analyst will assist in managing complex Foreign Military Sales efforts, coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate the generation of Requests for Information and Letters of Request.

Responsibilities
Respond to taskers related to FMS funding
Ensure obligation plans are documented properly
Review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans
Draft memorandums of request for action items
Coordinate LOA response documents as necessary
Assist in preparing updates for COP/CEA 7 reports
Prepare material for Country briefings and reports/memorandums
Assist in planning, executing, and taking minutes at Program Management Reviews and other meetings
Develops FMS cases in DSAMS
Conducts all aspects of the FMS Repair and Return program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of FMS experience preferred
Candidate must have an active secret clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain one
