Sales and Business Development Coordinator
One Touch Intelligence (OTI) helps top media companies compete more effectively by producing and delivering critical business knowledge. The Sales & Business Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, managing, and supporting new customer acquisition through direct sales and marketing initiatives, focusing on coordinating and managing the sales and marketing of OTI’s diverse product lines in the Broadband sector and other related industries.

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: Position will work with the team to establish a detailed target sales list and set specific goals for identifying and contacting key decision makers throughout the broadband, video, wireless, and gaming sectors while establishing a strategic plan for growing, fostering, and personalizing these relationships throughout the year
New Business Development & Prospecting: manage the sales life cycle by continuously prospecting and qualifying leads, providing OTI product information and demos, managing service trials, and following up on next steps
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution: develop target marketing strategy for OTI’s prospects and assist with the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan which outlines selected marketing and promotional tactics, timing, and expense. Tactics will include: leveraging promotional opportunities at industry trade shows, the distribution of a monthly sales newsletter and/or current marketing collateral, leave behinds and product sheets, while collaborating with executive management on updates to our marketing website and social media presence
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field is required
At least 3 years of experience in a direct sales role with B2B customers
Direct experience within streaming, cable/satellite TV, telecommunications, SaaS, and/or consumer electronics sectors is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with and presenting to superiors, colleagues, and clients of all levels
Experience working with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management systems
Strong organizational, project management and customer service skills
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to work within tight and often-changing deadlines and priorities
A commitment to self-sufficiency but with the ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Intellectual curiosity, innovation, exacting standards, and adherence to deadlines
Light travel may be required. Primary markets include NY, Philadelphia, Stamford, Atlanta, LA
