Responsibilities
Write, refine, and validate AI-generated + human-written code
Build test harnesses, automated benchmarks, and evaluation pipelines
Improve code scalability, security, and efficiency
Collaborate with research and product teams to advance next-gen AI models
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of software engineering experience
Expertise in at least one core language: Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript
Proven ability to design, ship, and maintain complex systems
Experience with testing frameworks, benchmarking, and code quality metrics
Preferred
Previous work with GenAI/LLMs
Strong STEM foundation with data analysis and visualization abilities
SQL/JSON, HTML/Markdown expertise
