They are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to scale their pipeline and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives, focusing on building integrated demand generation programs and driving measurable growth.

Responsibilities
Build and execute integrated demand generation programs (digital, campaigns, events, ABM) to drive measurable pipeline growth
Lead, mentor, and scale our ISR team, aligning with sales to accelerate deals
Partner with sales, product marketing, and partners to strengthen pipeline and relationships
Innovate with creative, high-ROI campaigns that stand out in differentiated B2B selling
Leverage the marketing tech stack for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking
Apply a frugal, results-focused approach to growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years in demand generation/growth marketing, with 10+ years in leadership
Proven success driving pipeline in B2B tech; enterprise networking, security, or SaaS background preferred
Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, integrated campaigns, and events
Experience leading ISR/BDR/SDR teams
Strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
