Responsibilities

Design multi-turn conversations simulating interactions between users and AI assistants
Emulate both user and assistant roles, including tool usage and function calls
Ensure logical flow, task feasibility, and proper API/tool usage in dialogues
Craft realistic, engaging, and instructional conversations following quality guidelines
Iterate on conversation examples based on feedback to improve clarity and realism
Collaborate with peers and reviewers to maintain high-quality deliverables

Qualification

Required

3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field
Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical problem-solving
Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks
Excellent written communication in English
Fluency in Italian (writing & speaking)
Creativity and attention to detail in scenario design

Preferred

Previous work with AI, LLMs, or conversational data
Familiarity with programming languages or tech stacks
Understanding of real-world assistant behavior and tool-based simulation
