Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients—handling policy updates, quotes, claims assistance, and renewals
Educate and advise clients on coverage options that fit their needs and budgets
Onboard new clients from start to finish: gather data, quote, bind, and handle cancellations or transitions
Proactively review policies, recommend coverage changes, and round out accounts
Resolve service issues quickly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every step
Maintain thorough records of all client interactions in our agency management system
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a customer service role
Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and confident
Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
Preferred
Prior Experience As a Licensed Insurance Professional
