Responsibilities
Own and ship full-stack product features (React, Node/Python, Postgres)
Lead implementations: integrations, data pipelines, onboarding, training
Troubleshoot live issues, harden reliability/security, and iterate fast from customer feedback
Translate customer problems into clear specs; feed insights into the roadmap
Own outcomes: prototype → launch → measure impact with tight loops across Product, Eng, and GTM
Qualification
Required
Strong across frontend + backend: React, Node.js/Python, Postgres
Hunger: High agency, a willingness to learn, and a drive to do whatever it takes
Customer-obsessed: unsolved user issues keep you awake at night
